Troubleshooting OpenAI Ads tracking
If OpenAI Ads events are missing, check script load, consent, event hooks, attribution parameters and server responses in that order.

Most OpenAI Ads tracking problems on WordPress come from a script that never loaded, consent that never granted measurement, an event that fired too early, or a server event that failed after the browser event succeeded.
The pixel does not load
- Confirm PixelBridge is active and the Pixel ID is saved.
- Disable page cache briefly, or test a cache bypass URL.
- Grant measurement consent.
- Check whether a Content Security Policy blocks the OpenAI SDK domain.
- Search the page source for the measurement script only after consent.
Events do not appear
- Confirm the visitor completed the real success state, not just opened the form.
- Confirm the integration is actually released. If it is marked coming soon, the hook is not live.
- Check that the event is not filtered out by consent.
- Confirm you are looking at the same Pixel ID as the advertising account.
Attribution looks empty
A missing oppref can simply mean the visit did not come from an OpenAI ad. It can also mean a redirect stripped query parameters. See oppref attribution.
Duplicate conversions
If browser and server events both fire without a shared event ID, measurement can count the same action twice. See Conversions API.
